We don’t need dilution. The company is going to win. The shareholders are going to win and I am going to very simply tell you why right here.

The companies coming in will be cash flow positive and great companies. We will win because this will rocket our share price. The company will win because they will get preferred dividends AND the company will grow in value.

This is how it should always be done. But usually it’s done through dilution because the companies suck. Leonite doesn’t suck. They know business.
