I think the buyout of NorthStar was designed to do just that, line her pockets. The debt is still huge and she is getting shares for both principle and interest. The name and ticker change never finalized despite the company baiting people that it was being done. If this company was acting for shareholders, they would be sending all profits to Rachel and renegotiating the debt owed. What she is owed is ridiculous especially being an agent who benefits for selling the NorthStar homes. This whole arrangement looks shady as hell. Not sure who is running things behind the curtain. I'm guessing we're not supposed to know.
