Lannett has not exercised its right to terminate the Adderall deal. I believe that they are required to give 3 months notice if they elect to market their own formulations so we should be ok through this calendar year.

Why can't NH call CEO of LCI Crew and ask him directly what their plans are as good partners. Considering they just took us on to do Sabril, perhaps they will not launch.

Considering the uncertainty of future profits, the "independent "board should consider that possibility when they decide to give Mikah (Hakim) an offer he can't refuse.
