Quarterly Report is not approved by the issuer.

I find this interesting since this is the first time they have officially submitted a late filing extension. In the past they were just late with no extension filed and let the pink status go to yield. Why does Venkat need more time if it is a simple duplication of the last Q report? Hopefully there will be some new info in the Q report when it is released next week, which required the additional time.
