Maybe I am missing something… But why is the (AS) Authorized Share count, such a big deal? I have yet to meet anyone who buys a stock because there is a lot of shares to buy. I mean really! In my mind as simple as it may be, it’s the (Outstanding Share count, that matters… But hey that’s JustMe!
