Effective August 2, 2022, the Company filed a Definitive Schedule 14c Information Statement disclosing that the Board of Directors and controlling shareholder has voted to change the Company’s domicile from Florida to Delaware and its name from Atlas Technology Group, Inc. to Saxon Capital Group, Inc. These corporate actions will become effective on or about 21 days after the date of mailing, August 5, 2022.
