That's a VERY good question when you have all this nefarious activity going on and regulators are in on the gig....it may be that anything can happen....but
One thing is for sure Adam did a smart thing issuing Preferred stock IMO....it's a total separate entity....and will have to be handled as such....
My dear AMC retail investor you are very astute to ask these kinds of questions and No there are no guarantees when we are up against the corruption of people like Kenny and Larry from Blackrock....these guys have a monopoly on the markets and manipulate them at will.....but that Just My Opinion.....
One thing is all AMC retail investors are HOLDING strong and we are ALL in this together......UNITED WE STAND HOLDING OUR AMC SHARES>>>>>
It's the DTCC responsibility to sort this out and distribute APE shares w/ numbers to true AMC common stock owners........
We shall see in next week or so how this all unfolds.......The above is only my humble opinion.....much of what is going on is way above my pay grade despite my many years of experience in stock market....
