Delisting happens usually because of lack of compliance with the rules of a merger or acquisition, or in cases of fraud. Well we might have both here. These guys obviously did some sketchy stuff to get a CE tag slapped on their ticker (possible fraud), and claimed to make over $400m in "acquisitions". They never provided a scrap of paperwork to back up those numbers except as a "Goodwill" asset on the annual financial report. So from what I've seen, there's a very real chance it gets delisted.
