Don't know for sure but I sure hope so. I saw the trade of some 62M shares at .0002. I tested by putting in a sell order of 50K shares and it was not rejected by TDA; I think that it would not trade unless it was cleared by SEC to trade.

Guess we will see in the next few days. I will send a message to TDA to see what I get. It has not trade since the initial trade as far as I can tell.
