Of course they agreed. Nowhere does it say the 3 other than the 2 from Iroq. WHO recommend them I am saying their backgrounds suggest they are closer to Iroquois.Doesn't say KW recommended them!

Also as i said IROQUOIS currently owns 6.7% of the o/s stock, SO NO SHORTING!




Pursuant to the Agreement, Iroquois’ director designee s, Jonathan L. Schechter and Joshua N. Silverman, will join PharmaCyte’s reconstituted Board as independent directors. Jack E. Stover, Daniel S. Farb, and Daniel C. Allen will also join PharmaCyte’s reconstituted Board as independent directors. Existing PharmaCyte directors Kenneth L. Waggoner and Dr. Michael M. Abecassis will complete the 7-member Board.
