As you know, Iroquois Capital Management, LLC ("Iroquois Capital," "us," or "we") is one of the largest stockholders of PharmaCyte Biotech, Inc.


All the new directors are picked from IROQUOIS. TWO FROM THE COMPANY AND 3 FROM IROQUIOS CHOICE.

Their goal is eventually to oust KW ,because they are after PMCB'S CASH.
