Seems to me, I could be wrong (doubtful), that Michaels has never signed anything without intent to defraud...

Not giving Michaels a pass but I wonder why the lenders don't look up who they are "lending" (actually more like giving) money to.

The UCC liens and judgments are easy to find. If nothing else they could see Michaels NEVER PAYS his loans or judgments.

I take that back, he does pay for his McD's and his Jack D.... I think...
... unless he has a credit card (how ?!?!) that he doesn't pay.
