As you know, Iroquois Capital Management, LLC ("Iroquois Capital," "us," or "we") is one of the largest stockholders of PharmaCyte Biotech, Inc.

Company's stock price trading almost 50% lower than the price at which our initial investment was made in August 2021, and at a significant discount to the cash on Pharmacyte's books,
