Those big block buys (I think) are institutional (MMs and such), rather than retail investors. Although I guess it is not impossible for a retail investor to buy 100M shares at 0.0003 ($30K worth).

I think I have only seen retail trades at 0.0005 so far, but would love to see some big buys at 0.0005.

We are getting into the lunch lull now, but maybe after 1PM ET we will see those 0.0005s start flyin' off the shelves.
