So the unsecured note holders mentioned ENDO could do it without bankruptcy. ENDO is stating they will have to immediately file. Why wouldn't they talk with the unsecured note holders 1st to see if there is a better idea.

I'm sure this stock would jump if they DON'T go to bankruptcy. So... what's the deal?
