I'm back in today, but not betting the farm because it wouldn't take much to melt off the 13's...20 Million are gone but could re-appear. But the fact is, if someone wanted to sell 7 million at 13 - they could. Not sure if they are newly printed shares or actual interest at 13 by someone. GLTA!
