A LOOK AT THINGS

1. AMC HAS ONLY filed paperwork to create 1 Billion APE Shares
2. Roughly 517 Million Shares will be given to the Holders of the 517
Million AMC Shares. This should expose the counterfeit AMC shares
3. The APE Shares cannot be converted to AMC Shares
WITHOUT a share holder vote
4. AMC HAS NOT filed any paperwork on the conversion of the
other 4 Billion APE Shares
5. After AMC doles out the 517 Million APE Shares they will be left
with roughly 483 Million Shares
6. AMC sits on a 1 Billion Dollar War Chest at present which makes
minute initial need to sell any of the 483 Million Shares of APE.
However at some point in the future AMC will no doubt start selling
SOME of those shares
7. Shorts WILL HAVE TO buy tons and tons of AMC Shares by
the close of business on Friday August 19, 2022
8. On August 22, 2022 the price of AMC will be 1/2 of the closing
PPS on August 19, 2022
9. APE PPS will open on Monday August 22, 2022 at 1/2 of AMC
closing price on August 19, 2022
10. The speculations and/or theories of any delay in receiving the
APE Shares will be answered by August 22, 2022. At that point
and that point only should it become a concern or topic.

In the mean time the HODL remains extremely important!! In addition the continued buying of AMC will inflict more pain on Kenny Boy and his cronies!! Also, initially there will only be 517 Million Ape Shares available, which will be held entirely by the holders of the 517 Million AMC Shares that’s why it is extremely important to initially HODL the APE Shares. The selling of any significant amount of AMC or APE shares will accomplish 2 things, it will severely harm retail holders and extremely help Kenny Boy and his cronies.
