That's true; what's your point? They had under 100k shares at the end of 2016 (I think), and they were trading in the $20s, and ranging between $6 and $14 or so for several years, adding to their outstanding shares along the way. I see it as a relative matter. The point I'm making is that they are trading at $4 now with 560k shares. Delfin will want to raise money, but how they do that is an entirely different conversation, which will start lots of back and forth. :).
