UPDATED TDA response this morning:

AMC's declared record date was August 15th, but the Exchange set the ex-date as August 22nd. As a result, the next business day - August 23rd - became the new record date. This new record date of August 23rd in the due bill redemption date and overrides the company record date.

Given that, we anticipate the special dividend shares (i.e. APE) will be distributed on/by August 24th. We will post the shares to all eligible shareholder accounts as fast as possible once they are received.
