Yeah - "busy" laying by the pool and running all his other side gigs and new LLC companies of which he's the supposed "board member" or "director" etc.

WTF does Miguel actually "do" as the supposed "CEO" of a "company" that literally DOES NOTHING - such that ""Gee, I've just been too damn busy to get them filings done, you know, the one's we know are due THREE MONTHS IN THE FUTURE" LMAO !!!
