NOTE 8– SUBSEQUENT EVENTS

On June 23, 2022, the Company executed a non-binding Letter of Intent with the shareholders of Progressus Clean Technologies, Inc. (“Progressus”), whereby the Company shall acquire all of the issued and outstanding shares of Progressus, a private company incorporated in Delaware in exchange for the Company issuing 90,000,000 shares of its common stock to the shareholders of Progressus. Should the acquisition become effective, the shareholders of Progressus will control the Company.
