Could WEST 4TH help YBCN?

In the post I'm referring to, I said:

They might need a good lawyer. Or better yet, somebody that knows how to go public. In which case, maybe they should call Zach Venegas:

Ask him for his help. He goes together with Scott Ogur.

That got me thinking. What is Zac doing these days? I started Googling and came up with this

https://west4thholdings.com/

I highly advise that YBCN contact them. They actually really do know what they are doing. That's both of them pictured on the front page. They seem to have been hired two months ago to help some scam lookign company taht I know nothing about called Bedrock to be re-listed. They must be so pathetic that they got boot from the OTC all toegher and went dark. They called the right people.
YBCN should call them too if they are serious about getting their act together. I'm sure it will cost us some dilution, but I would take that as it would prove to be accretive with them I think.

They can take you public in 6 months. No jacking around. And when I said they started an empty shell from SPKL, that's a true story. It got a ticker change to a C something, then ticker change to HLIX. And they came out bolting with absolutely nothing. Raising money, and took it all the way to NASDAQ under the current ticker FORA. A long convoluted story, and I made good money with them.

You'd think YBCN is in the business to make money. Please call them. They really need to hire a firm that knows what it's doing. They had experience with public companies in foreign markets long before their venture to the American OTC and then to Nasdaq. And isn't that the goal of YBCN? That can't seem to do anything all year? They definitely need help.
