Here are the highlights of the call:

1. Reducing the Authorized from 2B to 100-200M is in process and has highest priority.

2. Indonesia Project remains profitable ($2M Profit last quarter).

3. Indonesia Project is a stepping stone to the development of the new Canada (Moosehhorn) and Alaskan (McArthur Creek) projects.

4. Errin Kimball the new Executive Director of Global Operations has extensive experience and a well known reputation and will be in charge of developing the Moosehorn and McArthur Projects

5. Brookmount Gold focuses only on producing, or near production Gold Projects. They are not into exploration.

6. Expected revenues from Canada and Alaska projects is $300-400M.

7. Moving to the NYSE MKT (old AMEX) is also of high priority and as soon as PCAOB audit is done, that will be initiated.

8. Existing 1-A filing will be superseded by a new S-1 Registration Statement once uplisting to NYSE MKT occurs.

9. They will start issuing dividends once the revenue is high enough.
