wtf ever man, the law suit just finished 2 weeks ago. cant merge or buy a company with a pending lawsuit. Still hopeful on an outstanding outcome. you or I are not going to change what happened. Im sticking with ENO on this one. Company sold.

When you look at the numbers and the future, its a no brainer. sure it takes losing money for while when something is new, but they were successful in what they developled. I understand why folks are interested in Bioamber for the long term.

I will wait some more thank you.
