No one can say the CEO is doing anything illegal, he’s an honest and forthcoming guy, remember he came right out and said to everyone that the company was broke and no one would lend them any money, therefore he took action to preserve the company by upping the authorized shares count to 250 Billion, thereby ensuring that he received a paycheck, that’s genius, right?
