Well, if you don't smell something wrong here, its not my fault your nose don't work.

To have 3 companies and a Plant valued at 180 million go for 4.3 million dollars with no debt being paid off in full, the title transferred and STILL settle a lawsuit from shareholders....all while conducting business as usual..... we are surrounded by some very stupid people.. in the courts and in the world.

Still love how BSA still got shipped during the whole process to make sure that contract was still valid, but NOOOOOOO its not worth a damn thing judge.......

I think we are still missing some vital information about this whole deal because it just seems WRONG. Assets outweighed Liabilities from the get go.

I think the debt was trasferred to new owner or paid off completely like PWC said. I also think this is a 2 step process and the first step was to move Sarnia out of the picture. Something is still missing. We all will still wait wont we?
