No one told me. Many here are saying Q2 financials will be audited. That is misleading and a total lie.

PPM acquisition on its surface is very sophisticated. But will SFIO cough up millions to purchase them? In My Opinion NEVER!

SFIO has not even announced any auditor. I am sure PPM needs to conduct professional due diligence of SFIO. If they do, good chance they’ll laugh their way off the merger.

In my humble opinion of course:)
