Getting " certain assets" from bioamber does not give you the right to say you have " aquired " bioamber either. but yet they say they did. It would only make sense to keep the corp vail going as you dont want all your eggs in 1 basket when it comes to Patents, subs, agreements and so forth. you need to split those things up. So....LCYB got Sarnia and the parent should be either LCY or KAHC, or split between the 2 maybe? or all to LCY. that is yet to be seen. I could see multiple companies getting multiple entities to keep this going. You have deals in China, Brazil, Thailand etc... each may need it own corp in case things go south.

You have to love how all of this starts off with a bid for sarnia, then they slide in " the companies " to refer to Sarnia, Canada and now Bioamber Inc yet each is its own legal entity and then they say that " the companies" went into liquidation. Its mumbo jumbo bull crap paper whipping and playing off that everyone is stupid and folks wont check up on them, But they Will.... Yes they will...Like debt is paid and subordanate to others, then turn around later to say its not.. tick tock. The next move is crucial to the future of everyone involved. Eyes are still watching.

I find it funny that the CEO of LCYB for 3 yrs KNOWS NOTHING ABOUT BIOAMBER when asked about it. Just plays stupid..... How da fk do you not know about bioamber when you paid 4.3 million in an upfront transaction????? Just more games and everyone is stupid.

Question: Do you think that BioAmber Inc could survive without biaomber sarina, bioamber canada and the Plant? I think they could.
