PPM Is not a closed deal. However, based on the information online its an established Mexico license brand toy company. Intelligent and strategic acquisition for sure.

IMO SFIO will not have the money to pay for for PPM. Why? Because claims of $25M and $100M for 2022 are nothing more than wishful thinking. Truth will set you free!

I will be SHOCKED if they closed PPM - Yep i said.

In my humble opinion of course:)
