Yes! That may very well be true, but It's my guess they were alerted due to their excessive (RS) Reverse Splits. Which will likely produce nothing! Why? Sadly, because they did nothing illegal.

Don't get me wrong, I think what they have done shouldn't only be unethical and immoral but should be illegal. Hopefully the (SEC) Securities and Exchange Commission, will come together with (FINRA) Financial Industry Regulatory Authority and put a stop to this once and for all.

But nevertheless, you just can't or shouldn't go carrying on about RNVA, getting delisted and such, just because you made a poor choice in decision. Like I have always said, no one speaks ill of a stock as you do, if they own it.
