Note how the only comment on that link says, "pattern, pattern." That was the week it posted. Corroborating everything in my post prior about extrapolating patterns here. Since then, what is the pattern? Can't move past 130. Everytime I see them go to 130, they fall right back to 128 or 129. That's all I get. It is creative. But is it an act of desperation? It is true that in Asian culture, flowing water is a sign of wealth. I think many of them put it at their front door. It should create cash flow or something.
