I posted here a few weeks back that I was speaking with company about better communications, transparency and shaping a clearer road map. I have now been working with the company from a consulting capacity and on their shareholder relations, etc.
I fully understand the frustrations of current shareholders, which is a big area of my focus with the company. With that said, it has been just over a week that I started working with them.. since then the news updates have started to flow (there wasn't news since May), the co is now regularly starting to post on twitter, we have Praveen beginning to tweet regularly to help communication and paint the big pic for the road map, we are communicating and updating the various boards and chatrooms that our network participates in... the sentiment is getting better and the stock has started to come off lows and reclaim some support on the chart
I know everyone has a million legitimate complaints, concerns and suggestions... just understand that I am aggressively speaking w management regularly on correcting the issues and initiatives to enhance shareholders equity...but it doesn't happen overnight. There will be steady progress every day on the business and shareholder side. As most of us know, there is a tremendous business and technology here with solid industry people involved.. there is also a lot of potential in the Cog Apps division which is a big focus in my mind to leverage for more value for shareholders.. those initiatives are also in motion.
The best I can guarantee is that I will post, update and try to answer anything I can..I and our network are working to expand the shareholder community, transparency, communications and providing all of the resources in our network to help them achieve and execute their plans. The management is committed to bringing this company to its fullest potential. There is a lot to do here to rebuild credibility, as well as a need to better explain the potential here.. the goal is to do that 1 day at a time, every day
