SRNE put a 5-day extension on 8/09/2022 the day they were to report. That takes them to Sunday so they have to post most likely after the close on Monday. If not, do they ask for another extension, is trading halted or do we just keep stumbling towards the cliffs edge.
The two large institutions are looking for a takeover as the company has viable candidates, a large library, a huge building on the way and shitty leadership. Once they get past 50% the world changes for Sorrento. Now just over 40% and climbing. They can vote themselves onto the board, change leadership or vote to sell the company at $7 ($3.5 B) and they will have made money. But maybe, just maybe Sorrento will pull a rabbit out of the hat with Mpro late 2022 or Semdexa in mid 2023. and those change everything. Of course there is always the fantasy Billions from the lawsuit.
Let's see what the new Exec VP pulls off.
