Sure it is possible, but highly doubt it for a number of reasons which have been stated previously. I am expecting developments that will include arrangements for partnerships where the new entity participates by sharing in part or whole the cost of development. At any rate the important aspect is to gain investor confidence in the beginning...and we are at a new beginning which is a great place to be IMO.
