That has apparently been the d-w-a-cked orangemans mode of business his entire financial life.
It's get investors to donate, use their money while cashing in then when the business that wasn't going to go anywhere he knew wasn't going to work, he BK's and removes himself. While leaving the mess for others and lawyers to fight over. And what he can't BK, he just runs people down with frivolous lawsuits or just pays them off.

All the while attempting at keeping himself at arms length. I think the d-w-acked dufus might have just run out of arms.
