1.) Form 10: reviews with Wanda, Dave and auditors today after submitting our final comments back to them for the SEC. This is #1 priority. Even in front of Q2 revenue recognition. Dave and Wanda still feel confident on as soon as Monday!! I always hedge conservative but it’s in the final hands and then we file.

2.) Revenue Recognition (Q2 2022): everyone is going to be blown away! Very exciting. Don’t want to divulge at the numbers, but big win by our account. Due to form 10 prioritization with our auditors we are filing the extension for filing revenue recognition and Q2 report which extends date to 8/22 (Monday) as we do not want to do anything to slow down Form 10. We will release the Q2 audited report by 8/22 DURING BUSINESS HOURS.
