I don't think his (and your) concern about "the runway" were proved. If one wants to take a one-dimensional and only linear approach, that a business can only have one course of action, then maybe nimbleness is not your cup of tea.

As others have validly opined, run rate projections vary.

And the recent raise last month was quoted by Korenko as "The additional funds will help us extend our runway to submit our IDE." Nope--fake news. In truth, this is what Korenko stated: "They (Vivos supporters) just added an incremental investment, which will cover additional animal testing, patient activities and activating new clinics." Nary a mention of runway extension for IDE submittal. Seems to be a multi-dimensional and dynamic business approach.
