I'm a construction man too. Dont put all your dreams into this in the short it is not going to happen. It might but when it does go up a couple of hundred percent dont be hasty HOLD. Maybe sell off a few just too pick up a few (less than 10%) bucks and feel good. But HOLD patience is key here 1000%+ gains dont come easy or quickly. I dont know your position but an RV is chicken feed in the context of things to come. So dont sell it all for an Rv when you might be able to buy a mansion if you wait a bit longer.
