The more I think about it I like Knight's involvement. CBCL may have a deal with Knight where-in Knight helps them get a premium for any shares they sell pre-split. The more successful they are the better those 980 million shares that Knight has will perform. They may have even issued those shares to Knight with this as a deal. We shall see!
