SP understand using a small time tenn 'auditor'.
SP makes most it's income from stock sales and stock/warrants manipulations. Their product isn't out in the market place in any appreciable manner, and fins are questionable due to 6 owners all owning the sub companies intertwined. SP is 13,538,000 in the red, and have never shown a year to year profit. While the 6 'officers' give themselves multi millions in salaries, benefits and extra stock compensation.

Claims 34 employees, minus the 6 or 7 officers, roughly 24 other people work for SP at any given time and they are not all full time and they seem to rip people off on hours.

SP also appears to be ripping the US government off with subsidized income for 'devices' they supposedly sell to low income or government welfare people.
