Yes Tony Cataldo is now CEO of Voip, Inc. (VOII). Another OTC company with a good story and serious financial issues. (His usual procedure you know.)


After getting his golden parachute at Calypte he has since gone to and left BPTR and MCET and got his "golden parachutes" from these two companies for "resigning" his chairmanship positions at those two companies.
