I keep doing this, I am officially Einst-sane. I repeatedly ask (only when one of you
mention " lies") and each time expect a meaningful response. Please explain how the lies led to Lamberth's first decision. As I recall, Lamberth sounded sympathetic in his endorsement of government action. Ginsberg in the appeal discussed intent explicitly (if memory serves correctly) to NO SHAREHOLDER UTILITY. If Lamberth did base his decision on the lie, would that singular trivia prevent the same outcome for us this time? Remember Lamberth is on remand and to me that means a very narrow legal theory this time. The lies IMO were for optics to keep any un-corralled news people out of the game. Yes , it's hard to believe but there may have been two journalists left in 2012 but their names are secret because they have been in hiding. Does anyone recall any questions during the Whitehouse press briefing? I don't. By the time morons read the news-prompter at 6PM, it would have been so pared down that it sounded legit anyway.
