DSCR had 3 classes of stock outstanding.

Section 1005 does not qualify, they had to use Section 1003.

They circumvented this by materially omitting this to a shareholder vote or future disclosure in OTC mandatory filings. This is why OTC on December 21, 2021 placed them in Caveat Emptor status, I have the email, I even framed it for my wall.

But lets talk about what they did with the illegal 2,000,000,000 shares that this caused.

Between May 4 and May 11, 2021 DSCR through using their Twitter account created a FOMO campaign that allowed more than $50,000,000 worth of DSCR to be sold. This is what destroyed the company, and it has never recovered.
