nasdaq /dow significant higher last weeks (20%) and Spectra7 flat (a little bit lower) and almost to no volume.
this will be a very long play but I have time..If Spectra7 will make his big run is to be seen next months(6-18) and will be determined by many factors and is a still a big risk but this counts for every small cap ..time will tell..
