Serfdom, here is the complaint. http://www.sec.gov/litigation/suspensions.shtml
It lists the three reasons here. Basically they want proof of govt purchase orders and revenues.

I can tell you that I called the SEC a second time and like upbeatmofool I was asked why I bought CKYS? After telling them the fundamental reasons behind my decision I was then asked where I heard about the stock? I told them IHUB. I got the impression that they were on a fishing expedition and that they are investigating CKYS for pumping in PR's or something. Struck me as strange that they wanted to know why I bought in.

My posts are my opinion, make your own decisions. And remember, all fear is an illusion.
