It’s done. Now it’s a matter of merger to increase value. It has a ridiculous $3.5m market cap, with 73m NOL to bring into a merger.

Any hint of a 50 - 100m entity merging and this thing is 25 cents in a day. SSM has been very very quiet here; no tweets, no PRs… either they don’t care what happens now or have a major merger in the works and don’t want rumors, etc to mess it up.
