yep, we were over $3 right before the split (15¢)...took care of the split, the NASDAQ bid requirement, pulled in over $100 million from the stock offering in Q2, pulling in another $150 million, with a shelf offering of up to $500 million with at least $200-$300 million more coming in from disposition of assets...knocking the debt way down and the killer interest payments...paving the path to profitability...all systems go...buying back 10 million shares...deposited $70 million cash into the shareholders' LLC...~$100 million "statement"...no BK here folks...
