You're buy is their sell. Then they drop the bid, you lose a couple ticks and eventually sell into their bid as you try to prevent losses. Suddenly they're in the catbird's seat even further as they've taken a small profit and are loading even lower. Now you're stuck either holding, selling or adding to loss hoping to "Average Down"
They use that phrase a lot while using others to get their price in the OTC.
