Nobody is moving on with the pps at these levels. This ends one of two ways imo.

A) - ole Rotty follows through on something to bring the pps to acceptable levels. Or…
b) - federal securities charges and lawsuits from shareholders that will keep the old man in court for his entire retirement.

The rotman’s are actively HIDING like cowards from shareholders for a reason Imo.

Really curious to see if greg even bothers making the next set of filings. If he does, they definitely won’t be on time. Stop sign coming folks.

What does vystar not have that was promised? No spin-off. No reverse merger. No share buyback. No rx3000’s. No rx400’s. No vytex products of any kind.

What does vystar actually have? Occasional furniture sales. No show jobs for members of the rotman’s inner circle (lee howley anyone?)… continual cash and stock handouts to the rotman children and especially for the de facto ceo Greg rotman.
