I could certainly be mistaken, but, I was under the impression that identities of wallet owners by name are never divulged. Wallets are only identified by numbers.
In my experience a BTC movement with a name attached only occurs when the wallet holder publicizes it, and even then the wallet ID is never disclosed, just the action.

Again, I could be wrong. Do you have a link that specifically states that it was MicroStrategy?
